Dear Sir/Madame Please could you advise on where I can obtain a Transit Liscence for Medical supplies. Im looking to send cargo on Aeroflot airlines (200.000 oral contraceptives pills) from the United Kingdom to Mongolia through Russia. The aircraft might land in Russia and the cargo may need to change planes. Is this the right license Im looking for and where do I get it from? The Russian Embassy in the UK does not supply them. You can visit their web site www.customs.ru or appeal to Russian Embassy in the UK to get the contacts of European representative of Federal Customs service. As we know, such representatives are located in Belgium, Gaermany and Finland. You can write a letter to this representatives for information.
